Senior Graphic Designer

About the Job:

The Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in leading creative projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring design excellence across all client deliverables. This role involves working closely with clients and the internal team to elevate brand presence and ensure the execution of high-impact, visually compelling designs.

Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, create design solutions that align with branding, and present innovative ideas.
Project Management: Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Creative Excellence: Produce high-quality, creative designs that communicate brand values and engage target audiences.
Concept Development Develop and pitch creative concepts for various projects, including events, websites, and marketing collateral.
Digital Asset Creation Design visual assets for social media, websites, and digital platforms, ensuring consistency across channels.
Brand Alignment Ensure all creative work aligns with and enhances brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive messaging.
Industry Awareness Stay informed on industry trends, new design technologies, and techniques to maintain fresh, competitive designs.
Market Research Conduct market research to understand competitors' approaches and ensure WKK remains ahead of industry standards.
Social Media Design Collaborating on new design trends and engaging content.
Presentation Design Create visually appealing presentations that clearly communicate key messages while aligning with brand guidelines.
Event Design Design event-related materials that reflect the brand's identity and goals.
Packaging Design Design packaging, labels, and advertisements in line with marketing strategies.
Client Support Support Client Services by ensuring design proposals align with client needs and expectations.
Client Expertise Participate in client meetings to provide design expertise and support.
Additional Tasks Assist in any additional design-related activities as required by WKK.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within the marketing and events industry.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Strong understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and strong graphic design skills (familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
