Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive website traffic for both WKK and its clients. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute tailored social media strategies that align with clients’ marketing goals and objectives.
Stay updated on social media trends and industry developments to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
Manage and monitor multiple social media accounts for various clients, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Build and nurture online communities, fostering positive relationships with followers and influencers.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for ongoing strategy refinement.
Work closely with event planners and marketing teams to promote upcoming events and campaigns through social media channels.
Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance reach and engagement.
Monitor social media channels for potential issues or negative feedback, addressing them promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role within the marketing and events industry.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Strong understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and strong graphic design skills (familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
